Created from multiple layers of hand cut silver, ‘Bertha’ is also hand engraved and carries a crescent moon on her back.
She is attached to a silver twisted stick pin which comes with a silver pin tip protector.
She understands the importance of protecting the natural world, which is why she is proud to be handmade from sustainably sourced, recycled sterling silver.
Bertha has been oxidised and highlighted. Oxidisation is a surface treatment that can lighten with wear. I give all oxidised areas a coat of sealing lacquer and microcrystalline wax to help protect the oxidised surface.
‘Bertha’ loves to be worn on loose woven material so that she doesn’t damage the fabric or risk getting bent.
‘Bertha’ will arrive gift boxed – perfect for giving.
