Contrary to popular belief, badger cub and hoglet are best of friends and often meet in the evenings to share a meal and chat about their adventures.

This pair of mismatched silver ear studs are handmade with each tiny character created from multiple layers of hand cut silver. I’m pretty sure these are as small as I can hand cut!
Both the badger and hedgehog carry solid 9ct red gold crescent moons on their backs and are hand engraved with fur or spike details.
Created from ethically sourced recycled sterling silver with sterling silver posts, these studs are a lovely weight.
Each silver stud has a sterling silver ‘butterfly’ earring back to keep your earring on safely.
The silver has been blackened, or oxidised, and then polished back. It is then given a layer of lacquer and microcrystalline wax to help protect the oxidised surface. Oxidisation is a surface treatment that can lighten with wear.
