Inspired by the foxes who visit my garden every evening, and often in the day, this statement piece features a red fox trotting purposefully along the edge of the woods, focused on getting home to her den. Her journey can take her through the night, to the morning, as you can manually move the moon through to the stars and then to the sun in the sky.
Constructed from multiple layers, every element of this pendant is meticulously hand pierced with hand engraved textures and fur.

‘Homeward Bound’ hangs from one of my ‘Spirit’ silver chains finished with a handmade hook.
The silver has been oxidised and highlighted. Oxidisation is a surface treatment that can lighten with wear. I give all oxidised areas a coat of sealing lacquer and then microcrystalline wax to help protect the oxidised surface.
As with all of my pieces, each and every jump ring is soldered closed to prevent any piece of the pendant coming apart or getting lost.
