Entirely handmade from meticulously hand cut layers of sterling silver, this tiny magickal hare is decorated with tiny triple moons, hearts and stars.
Her twinkling eye is a beautiful tiny green diamond and her heart is hand cut from 9 carat yellow gold – this is solid gold, not gold plate or vermeil.
She has hand-engraved fur details and her lightly polished finish contrasts with her oxidised/darkened details.
Oxidisation is a surface treatment that will lighten with wear. All oxidised areas are given a coat of sealing lacquer and then microcrystalline wax to help protect the darkened surface.
As with all of my pieces, each and every jump ring is soldered closed to prevent any piece of the pendant coming apart or getting lost.
