A teeny tiny badger cub makes his first foray into the world!
Created from four layers of meticulously hand cut sustainably sourced, recycled silver, this cute baby badger is as small as I can make him whilst still retaining all of the hand engraved details!
Measuring just 17mm wide he is full of character and carries a tiny hand cut crescent moon on his back!
He hangs from an 18″ sterling silver chain finished with one of my hand made clasps.
The pendant and chain have been oxidised and lightly brushed. 
Oxidisation is a surface treatment that can lighten with wear. I give all of my oxidised pieces a coat of sealing lacquer followed by microcrystalline wax to help protect the oxidised surface.

As with all of my pieces, each and every jump ring is soldered closed to prevent any piece of the pendant coming apart or getting lost.
