Constructed from multiple layers of sterling silver, this unique statement piece is  decorated with a deep hand-applied texture and fused silver.
A large crescent moon sits above a stunning teal green moss kyanite gemstone. This is a beautiful colour, actually more blue than green, and shows amazing ‘moss’ inclusions in the light. Each stone is perfectly unique.
The stone is held in a unique claw-prong setting, and the pendant hangs from a thick silver ‘halo’.
The piece has been oxidised and highlighted. Oxidisation is a surface treatment that will lighten with wear. All oxidised areas are given a coat of sealing lacquer and then microcrystalline wax to help protect the darkened surface.
As with all of my pieces, each and every jump ring is soldered closed to prevent any piece of the necklace coming apart or getting lost.

‘Hecate’s Moon’ hangs from one of my 18″ ‘Wicca’ sustainably sourced, recycled sterling silver chains, which is oxidised, highlighted and waxed, and is finished with one of my handmade fixings.

This piece carries a full set of UK hallmarks and my maker’s mark as issued by Goldsmiths of London – this is your guarantee of quality and silver purity.
